Apple Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
Butter 4 oz
Brown Sugar 8 oz
Caster Sugar ½ cup
Eggs 3
Flour 8 oz
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Baking Powder ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Apples (grated & peeled) 2 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Ingredients for topping
Flour ½ cup
Brown Sugar ½cup
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Butter 2 oz
Method:
Grease a large square oven proof dish. Pre heat oven to 180 degree C. beat butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add in eggs one at a time with essence. Fold in the apples. Spread mixture in the prepared dish. Prepare topping by mixing all together. Sprinkle it on top of batter. Bake for 45 mins.
