Ingredients:
3 medium eggs.
2 ripe bananas, mashed.
1 small can of crushed pineapple.
3 cups of plain flour.
3 cups of sugar.
1 ½ cup of oil.
1 tablespoon of vanilla.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of salt.
¼ cup of powdered sugar.
Lemon juice.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Beat the eggs, bananas, pineapple, flour, (normal) sugar, oil, vanilla, baking soda and salt together thoroughly.
Bake for 60 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
Glaze with the powdered sugar and add enough lemon juice for right consistency to spread.
