how to prevent sweaty circles on a t-shirt?

Hello everyone. Any "grandma's" advice on how to prevent sweaty circles on your T-shirt? Drugstore does not help .. Thank you thank you :-))))))))))))))

Answer :

It used to be sewn into the clothes of a "sweatband", which copied the shape of the armhole and was easy to evaporate and wash. I found something similar on the net, it's just self-adhesive and probably for one use (until washing): http://www.lekarna.cz/podpazni-vlozky-ochranne-20ks/
