When they roast that piece of meat on that turntable, how come they don't spoil the meat inside? I looked at it yesterday and they have maybe 30 kg of meat there. It's like they start to roast, they roast it on the outside, they put it in the fridge and they roast it again in the morning? It's not possible that they have all the meat baked right away, is it? PS: Kebab is my favorite food, they make it really cool somewhere.
