Is it possible to shoot Slow motion with a normal camera and then slow it down or does a special camera have to hit Slow motion?

I wouldn't have a camera ...: o A normal camera shoots at 25-30 fps, so you can slow down its recording, but its playback would not be smooth (at least 25 fps is needed for a person to perceive the recording as smooth ). So SlowMotion is captured by a high-speed camera (several hundred-thousand-tens of thousands of fps), then you can slow down the recording (down to those 25 fps).
