Take a log about 30 cm long with a diameter of 2-3 cm. (eg a long extension from the Gola set) Lean it against the brake drum through a hole in the disc and tap it with a larger hammer. Don't be shy, not a knock, but a forceful blow. The brake will release at 90 percent. All this on a car with the parking brake enabled and number one engaged.
