Molten Lava Cakes recipe
Molten Lava Cakes ingredients list:
6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
6 ounces unsalted butter, diced
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 whole eggs
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup prepared whipped cream, for serving
¼ cup fresh berries, for serving
Powdered sugar, for serving
Instructions for Molten Lava Cakes:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 4 small ramekins.
2) Place chocolate in a small pan and melt over very low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning. When melted, add butter and vanilla; cook until melted, stirring.
3) In a medium bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Add melted chocolate mixture, mix to combine, and add flour; beat until combined.
4) Pour mixture into prepared ramekins; bake 10 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream, a few fresh berries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
