Hi. I have such a problem, we have thin walls and since there is a built-in HUP in the northern wall, only 10 cm of masonry remains behind it and a room follows. The wall in this place is cold and moldy, how can I insulate it? Where can I pack polystyrene, does anyone know? I've seen a couple of HUPs that have slowly foamed the entire contents except for the clock, or HUPs where polystyrene was all over the door, is there a rule? Thanks

Answer :

It is not advisable to play with gas, so I would not rely on lay advice. Try to contact the gas provider or the supplier that built the HUP. It had to be according to the project and therefore according to the valid standard. But it's definitely not okay. :)
