Hi, I bought a new phone - Doogee Valencia 800 and my screen rotation and message do not work.

As I wrote, no matter how I turn the phone, the screen just stays and it doesn't move. It's not in the settings, I have the screen rotation set automatically there. When I write a message (whatever), the only words it offers me are parts of my contacts, but in the settings I have disabled offers from contacts ... You don't know what to do with it? Don't have a mobile phone to complain about?
