INGREDIENTS
6 cups Bread flour.
1 tablespoon dry Yeast.
2 cups Water.
24 ounces of Dofino Gouda cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons Butter.
¼ cup Sugar.
2 teaspoons Salt.
½ cup Dried milk solids.
INSTRUCTIONS
Gently heat the water, salt, sugar, milk powder, butter and 16 ounces of the cheese in saucepan until the cheese is melted.
Add yeast, flour and then the rest of the cheese.
Mix in a bowl with dough hooks until smooth and leave to rest.
Allow to raise until double the original size.
Cut into three strips and braid.
Leave the bread to rise again after braiding.
Bake on a high heat for about 30 minutes or until golden.
