Repair of bad leveling trowel with glue?

Hello, can large unevennesses caused by cracking and peeling part of the leveling trowel under the PVC FAtra floor can be repaired with a larger layer of glue? The floor designer suggests this method, but I, as a layman, am worried that it will not eliminate the problem. He poured the part of the peeled off again with a spatula, sanded it by hand and glued it with PVC. After a few days, the inequalities began to emerge, sinking into the holes. Thank you for your feedback.

Answer :

I don't think glue will make up for it exactly. However, it also depends on the size and depth of the holes. It would be best to remove the trowel, clean the base surface and give a sufficient layer of a new self-leveling machine.
