What does the crumbly outflow mean?

Hi, today I discovered a white discharge on my panties, the kind that crumbled. It doesn't swell or smell. I'm expecting menzes and I had a postinor on Friday. I've never had outflows and I don't take HA. Do you think it's normal that the hormone bomb caused it? Otherwise, I got one pimple as before every ms and it ached. I'm nervous about that :) So thank you for the answers.
