Hello, I need advice. I have complained about my phone, the Samsung Galaxy S5 mini, several times and I would like to return the money for it, it is still under warranty + I mean risk insurance. It started to chop and does not pick up the signal, I am often unavailable or when I want to call it it tells me - it is not registered on the network, but when the phone restarts for a while it works (as when restarting the pc). T-mobile refuses to return my money for several months, returns my phone with the words there was no defect, but she really is there. I'm going there again today. I would like to ask if you have experience in how I should achieve mys. Thank you.
