Hi, I need to lose weight at the hips and waist. My belly "overflows" over my pants. Almost everyone sits down at least a little belly when they sit down, but even when I'm standing without my pants, my belly spreads or bends. Even if I just walk, I can feel my stomach and when I jump and stop abruptly, it knocks out. I'm already desperately desperate, I'm only fifteen and I weigh 85 kilos, please advise!
