Fried Chicken Wings recipe
Ingredients:
10 chicken wings.
½ cup of flour.
1 ½ teaspoons of ginger root, finely minced.
1 ½ teaspoons of garlic, finely minced.
1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
1 teaspoon of water.
½ teaspoon of turmeric, ground.
½ teaspoon of salt.
1 cup of vegetable oil.
Preparation Instructions:
Remove the wing tips and reserve for the soup pot.
Cut each wing in half at the joint.
In a bowl, combine the wings and other ingredients except the vegetable oil.
Mix, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
In a large, deep pan, heat the oil, then add the wings and fry until golden brown on both sides (about 12 minutes in total).
