Even before I got pregnant, I spent a lot of time maintaining my health and it wasn’t any different during pregnancy. One of my girlfriends is a nutrition consultant who was so kind and put together a super diet for me. The basis is that you can and should eat everything, but it doesn't matter how much we consume, so the emphasis is on proportions. Many people think that foods containing starch should be avoided, though it is stupid! Consuming them four times a day or even several times a day is recommended. These are good sources of energy. We must also consume dairy products because they are rich in calcium, protein and vitamin A. Eat or drink dairy products at least once. There are also meats from which we should not forget white meats such as fish. They contain vitamins A and B, and sea fish are also good sources of folic acid. If possible, eat them three times a day. In addition, make sure that fruits and vegetables are on our plate at least three or four times.
