That’s all you eat? Yes, you are starving yourself literally, and starving yourself of nutrients. You need variety. As for including a salad in your diet every day, that is perfectly healthy. (It better be, because I’ve eaten a salad every day for as many years as I can remember.) But, you have to eat other food, too. A healthy, adult female should be eating no less than 1200 calories a day. I find it very unlikely that you’ve got 1200 calories in that salad, unless you’re eating it out of the dressing with a spoon.
