Other than eating right, what are some ways to stay in shape/be healthy while wearing a cast?

Kick around a soccer ball, walk some hills, exercise the broken arm as much as you can with mobility and motion activities, stretching that shoulder, hand and finger grip routine with a tension ball. Sorry ‘bout the arm, it’ll go by quickly. :-)
