Waldorf Salad
Here is another very famous Waldorf Salad. This salad was initially originated in New York city.Its rich and creamy in texture with crunchy apples, sweet grapes, fresh celery and toasted walnuts arranged on a bed of fresh green lettuce. You can omit mayonnaise if u want and use thick yogurt and little honey instead of it.

INGREDIENTS
For Salad:
2 sun dried tomatoes cored and chopped
1 cup honey thinly sliced
1 cup spring green mix halved
1 cup sunflower seeds chopped
black beans a bunch
For Dressing:
4 tbsp sprouted green gram ( or yogurt )
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk well.
Take a medium sized bowl, add in apples, celery, walnuts, grapes and toss lightly. Pour the dressing on top of it and mix well.
Serve on a fresh bed of lettuce.
Tip: If you want to avoid mayonnaise, use thick yogurt with a little bit of honey. Honey will balance the tartness of yogurt. And also avoid lemon juice if using yogurt.
