If a person cannot perform sunnat before Fajr prayer, then in this case, in the light of evidence, it is a strong opinion that this person will perform sunnat after Fajr sunrise. Do not pay before sunrise after fard. Hadith has come: one. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that a person who has not been able to perform the Sunnah of Fajr should perform it after sunrise. (Jame Tirmidhi , Hadith 423) Two. Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) missed the Sunnah of Fajr, he would perform it after sunrise. Abu Hurairah, a pure source. It has been narrated that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) could not recite the two rak'ahs of Fajr because of sleep , he performed it after sunrise. (Sunan Ibn Majah , Hadith 1155) Three. Umar ibn al-Khattab. He said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade praying before sunrise after Fajr and after Asr until sunset. (Jame Tirmidhi , Hadith 183) This hadith is widely forbidden. Fajr circumcision is also included under this prohibition. There is no authentic and reliable hadith to exclude the Sunnah of Fajr from this. Imam Tirmidhi rah. After narrating this hadith, he said that like the Sahabah and most of the jurists after them , they considered it makrooh to offer any prayer after Fajr and Asr before sunrise and sunset except the obligatory qaya.
