Dear questioner brother , Milad-Qiyam is a bidat. Because it did not exist in any age of the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) , the deeds of the Companions and the three honored ages. That is why we call it bidat. Because the Qur'an or the Sunnah must have evidence for the worship that seeks the pleasure of Allah . And since there is no such document for Milad-e-Qiyam, it is a bid'at worship. Originally such milad was not held anywhere till 6th century AH. After the 6th century AH, King Muzaffaruddin Abu Saeed Kaukari bin Arbal was the first to inaugurate this bidat for entertainment. (Al Bidaya wan Nihaya - 13/159) Whose real history is this - History of Milad King Muzaffar was a wasteful ruler. He spent state money unlimited. He used to spend a lot of money for the spread and circulation of Milad ceremonies. Historian Imam Zahabi Rah. He said that his milad mahfil-story is not like expressing in language. People from as far away as Iraq and even Algeria flocked to attend the milad ceremony. On the day of Milad, beautiful wooden dome-shaped tents were made for him and his wife. There are music and sports halls. Muzaffar used to come there every day after Asr and enjoy the program. The ceremony lasted for several days. After slaughtering many animals, a banquet was organized for those who came. On this occasion he would present a budget of three lakh dinars. Two lakh dinars for fakirs and one lakh dinars for guests. According to an eyewitness , I counted in the dastarkhana one hundred horses of special breeds , five thousand goat heads , ten thousand chickens , one hundred thousand pots , and three thousand pots of pudding. (Al-Minhazul Wajih 182) On the other hand, the name of the scholar who helped in introducing the traditional milad is Majduddin Abul Khattab Umar bin Hasan bin Ali bin Jamail. He himself agreed to the Companions Daheyatul Kalbi. Claims to be its descendant. But that was a false claim. Because Daheyatul Kalbi agrees. There was no successor. Moreover, the middle ancestors in his lineage were doomed. In addition, there is no mention of many men in the genealogy presented by the scholar. (Mizanul Itidal 1/18) The official court scholar also wrote a book. The book that outlined Milad was described. In 604 AH, the ruler presented the book to Muzaffar. He was happy and gave him a tip of ten thousand dinars. Thus the celebration of Miladunnabi begins from here. (Tika Siyaru Alaminnubala 15/284) After the discovery of Milad, people of that time used to celebrate it on one day of the year (12 Rabiul Awal) and it lasted for several days. Later some people started celebrating it on different occasions at different times of the year thinking it was a work of thawab. Earlier, large gatherings were organized. At present some fictional duruds and ghazals are sung. In the history of Qiyam, another custom is completely irrelevant to the conventional Milads. Whose name has been given Qiyam. It was discovered after Milad. About 751 AH. Khwaja Taqiuddin was a poet and a man of thought. He composed some qasidas (poems) in honor of the Prophet. One day, as usual, he was reciting the Qasida, and suddenly he stood up and began to recite the Qasida. Fans also stopped to see him. The incident ends here. He never did that again. One thing to note here is that Khwaja Taqiuddin stood up while reciting poetry. It was not a Milad ceremony. He stood involuntarily. But one hundred years after the birth of Milad, the heretics associate it with Milad. As a result, the issue of Qiyamjat Milad Bidat became clearer. Dear Questioner Brother , So in the year 604 AH, after the end of the era of the four Caliphs of Islam, more than five centuries have passed. There can be no point in accepting this innovation called Milad and this innovation called Qiyam which was discovered one hundred years later. On the contrary , it is considered a great innovation to consider it as a work of thawab for several reasons. The first reason is that Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning ): (Surat al-Hashr: 6) The second reason: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: مَنْ َْحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ . (Bukhari, 2697; Muslim, 1718) The third reason: he says elsewhere فعليكم بسنتي وسنة الخلفاء الراشدين المهديين تمسكوا بها وعضوا عليها بالنواجذ وإياكم ومحدثات الأمور فإن كل بدعة ضلالة That is not for you next to me and guided me in such a way that the Sunnah of the rightly grasped the tooth Rasheda With no thing is firmly bitten. And stay away from constantly discovering new things in the law. Because all newly created things are bidat. And every innovation is misguided. (Abu Dawood 4607) And we know that our Prophet is the best and the last of all the prophets. He has conveyed the message of religion more fully than anyone else. If Milad-e-Qiyam was a part of the religion chosen by Allah and was a means of gaining Allah's pleasure , then he must have explained it to the ummah or performed it at least once in his life and his companions especially Kholafaye Rasheda must have done it. Since there is no reliable narration of the innovators except some falsehoods and fabrications that they have done so , it is proved that this Milad-e-Qiyam has nothing to do with Islam but is an innovation from which the Prophet (peace be upon him) told his ummah to beware. Fourth reason: The discovery of bidat amal like milad mahfil proves that Allah has not perfected the religion for this ummah , therefore some complementary deen has been required. It is also understood that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not preach all that was good for the Ummah. That is why there is a need to discover something new in the Shari'ah later without the approval of Allah. Through this they want to gain nearness to Allah. This is the ultimate injustice. This is in line with the Jews and Christians, the enemies of God, adding new customs to their religion, and a kind of accusation against God and His Messenger (peace be upon him)! But Allah has perfected His religion and perfected all blessings for His servants. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning ): (Surat al-Ma'ida: 3) Dear Questioner , It is a pity and a strange thing that such innovations are also being perpetrated by all Muslims who claim to be Sunnis. He should be told that if you claim to be a follower of Sunni and the Prophet (peace be upon him) , then tell me , did he or any of his companions or any of their true followers do this ? Or is it blind imitation of Judeo-Christians or other enemies of God like them ? Love for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is not reflected in such a milad mahfil. All that is reflected in love is following his instructions , reciting his teachings, reciting the Durood , paying attention to his Sunnah , believing what he said , and rejecting what he forbade . Worship Allah only as He has commanded . It should be kept in mind that holding fast to the Qur'an and Sunnah and following the path shown by Kholafaye Rashedin and Tabi'i is for the benefit of Muslims in this world and in the hereafter. May Allah give true understanding to all. Amen.
