Fajr circumcision is very important. It has been narrated in the hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said , “ Do not leave the sunnah of Fajr . Although the army chases you. (Musnad Ahmad , Hadith 9253) It has been narrated from eminent Companions like Abdullah Ibn Masood , Abdullah Ibn Abbas and Abu Darda that they used to recite Sunnah even after the Fajr congregation had started. Such as Abu Darda. When he entered the mosque during Fajr and found people lined up in the Fajr congregation, he would perform sunnat in one corner of the mosque (Fajr). Then he would join the congregation with the people. (Sharhu Maanil Ashar , Tahabi 1/256) So even if the congregation of Fajr has started, the sunnat will be recited and if the second rak'at is found with the congregation, then the sunnat will be recited. And if there is no possibility of getting the second rak'ah, then circumcision will not take place ; Rather, he will join the congregation and recite it after sunrise.
