Strong bones protect the body from diseases like osteoporosis. The bones of our body are made up of a combination of collagen and calcium. Calcium helps in providing energy to the body. So to stay healthy, it is very important to have strong bones. Not only this , with the help of strong bones you can stay alive and strong for many days . However, regular physical exercise is required for all these. Exercising from a very young age does not have to worry too much about bone health. Any kind of exercise is beneficial for this. High Intensity or Low Intensity Exercise Ñ either. Weight training can be done. Muscle strengthening exercises are also beneficial for bones. You can also do regular yoga. Aerobic exercise is also beneficial. That means you have a lot of options. However, those who are starting to exercise at a slightly older age , should take the advice of a fitness expert. Only then can you know what kind of exercise is suitable for the body. Exercise is not the only way to get as much bone as possible . If you find it boring to do the same type of exercise every day , then you can choose any type of sports of your choice. It could be tennis, it could be swimming , it could be cycling . Again, if you like dancing , then it is also useful. Maybe I don't have much time to hurry up again. So there is no place for exercise in the daily busy schedule. Spend at least 15 minutes in the morning or afternoon in the midst of a busy day. You can do jogging or skipping at this time. Again, you can walk on the treadmill very loudly or you can run up and down the stairs. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. Try to do your homework as much as you can. Walk back home with heavy bags at the market. Get into the habit of cycling or walking while walking around. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Strong bones are very important for a healthy body. It is possible to do any kind of exercise regularly. So exercise cannot be omitted for a single day.
