Should We Believe in the Existence of Habits ?

1 Answer

Answer :

No , it should not be done. It's just mental what some stupid people call habit. Habit (or habituality) is a routine of behavior that is repeated every day and happens subconsciously. It is understood that the definition is a bit clumsy. Because any work can be done subconsciously. Not once but twice. People don't do it again and again. If there really was something called habit, people wouldn't cheat. That is to say , there is no such thing as habit , it is nothing but wrong theory!
