I have this. What I have done is just made myself so busy I cant think about it. Adding sports, or just a daily gym routine really helps with it. I didn’t believe it until I tried it. From the moment I wake up until the time my head hits the pillow, I am so busy I cant stop. I am actually at the point now where I have too much in the day, and I need to back off a little bit.
