Asking you come back is a way of protecting assets, because he can stand to lose a lot more than $800.00 a month. You are probably going to want to stick to your original plan. He is going to have to disclose all of his retirement funds, assets, etc. Is the house in his name only, or both of yours? Didn’t you once mention that you went to dental school, or am I confusing you with someone else? Being dependent on an untrustworthy person is a pretty scary place to be.
