answer:To start it off with a minor piece of gossipy information, daily, I use to take a fifth of Vodka to one of my Assistant Chiefs. I would go to his liquor store, pick up the bottle in a brown bag, and transport it to his office at CHQ. To this day, no one ever knew what was happening. He is dead now, so I guess it makes no difference.
