answer:I’m not sure what would cause this if you haven’t had any injuries at the sites of any of those numb spots, but I have an extremely similar area of numbness in my left knee that happened as a result of a very hard fall, a contusion (a really big bruise filled with fluid), and some nerve damage. The fall also caused me to feel pain from a certain area in the numb spot in a completely different spot in my knee. This page gives a list of some things that could cause nerve damage, but also lists some pretty serious and unlikely causes, so I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions.
