As far as “interests” that’s generally a place to show other areas you spend your time, but there’s no real rules for it. If you’re interested in volunteer work, but have never done it, you may want to leave it off. Or be prepared to be asked about it in an interview. Pull attention to other areas of the application where you shine, and just be up front that you’re looking for your first job but eager to get started.
