What luxuries were you allowed to have in your bedroom when you were a teenager?

1 Answer

Answer :

Living with my dad, I had a TV in my room, and eventually a TurboGrafx 16. (video game console) The TV was black and white, so eventually we moved the game system in the living room so I could play games in color. It wasn’t so much as what I was allowed to have, rather than what my dad was able to afford for me when it came to entertainment lol. This was in the early nineties, when I was 11/12. Later in my life I had a color TV in my room with a Super Nintendo and PlayStation. I lived in group homes too, which was a different story. No way you’d have a TV in your room then haha.
