answer:I’m not sure that imperfections are what bothers me. To me, “too perfect” means “artificial”. I figure that everyone has flaws. So if something appears to be flawless (that is, perfect) then it can’t possibly real. And if it’s not real, then it doesn’t reflect the real world, and I’m not happy with it. This is especially true with people. If someone appears (remember, we’re talking looks here, not personality) perfect, then they can’t be real. The other problem I have with “perfect” in terms of looks is – it can’t possibly last. So you start with perfection, and you are bound to be disappointed in the future when the imperfections appear.
