Going on a diet. Those words inspire some and fill others with dread. For some reason for a majority of people it also creates a mental block. Most of us tend to think that good food choices that we make begin and end at the grocery store and for most of us that is simply not true.The days when most of the meals we consume are in the home are simply gone. We eat on the go. Whether it is stilling down to a business meeting with your key clients or running through the drive-thru on your way to soccer practice eating out just happens, and we need to learn to manage it well or any attempt at weight loss will be doomed to mediocrity at best.I know what you're thinking.
