HI, I feel for you. I too have had cancer, breast and lung. I am now facing a rare stem cell type of cancer. I go to Martha Jefferson Hospital and use Robert Prittchard, an oncologist there. I wouldn't go to "student" learning hospitals like UVA. I had my lung cancer there and was treated like no one gave a crap. When the student removed the tube from my chest, he braced his knee on the bed, and just jerked it out and laughed at me for screaming. I had no pain med for this removal. I also had a bad experience with my breasr cancer there. Those are the reasons for my changing. You can write me at [email protected] if you like and I will share more.
