They are going to want to use new parts when they repair stuff so they don't have to do it again. If it doesn't work, White goods (steel with the ceramic baked on) are hard to recycle. Call some junk yards then haul to the dump. People in need of a low priced dryer will buy your old dryer. Put an ad on Craigslist and if no one buys it then put a new ad up every 4 days or so. Put ads in other free posting sites.
