Pull ups/ chin ups can increase your height by one or two inches but you need to do that a couple of times.All you need is a vertical bar which is perpendicular to the floor and you can hang on to and support your whole body with your feet hanging so that you don't have to struggle bending or raising them. Chin ups help in increasing your height mostly when you hold the bar and swing front and back with your legs hanging. Also, you can hold the bar with one hand and balance your entire body then doing the same wit the other hand and repeating this for a couple of days. Finally, you can hang upside down using some special shoes then stretching out your hands ans shoulders but you ought to be cautious because this whole thing is very risky.
