Ingredients:
Dry Milk 2 cup
Fresh Milk 1 kg
Khoya 250 grams
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Almonds and Pistachio ½ cup
Method:
First take a cooking pan add 1 kg of milk and 1 cup of sugar mix it well. boil together milk and sugar when the sugar is dissolved add 1 cup of khoya , few drops of screw pine essence mix it well and boil on a low flame.
Take a mixing a bowl add 2 cups of dry milk 2 tbsp of oil , 2 tbsp of all purpose flour , 1 tsp of cardamom powder , 1 tsp of baking powder , add slowly slowly 2 beat eggs make a soft dough and leave for few minutes and now make a small balls add the balls in a milk mixture.
When the balls comes up remove from heat. Now take it out in a serving bowl garnish ½ cup of finely chopped almonds and pistachios and serve it.
