Ingredients For Beef
Boneless Beef 500 grams
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Red Chili Paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Fried and Chopped Onion 2
Papaya Paste 2-3 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Paratha’s
All Purpose Flour 500 grams
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Salt to taste
Creamy Mushroom Sauce as required
Onion (Circle Sliced) as required
Method
For Beef: take a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of garlic paste , 2-3 tbsp of yogurt, ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp of red chili paste, add 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2-3 tbsp of papaya paste mix it well and add ½ kg of boneless beef and marinate it. now take a cooking pan add marinated beef and add all the marination mix it well and roasted. Now add as required water and cook when the beef is tender and water is dry then take it out and let it cool down. For Paratha’s: take ½ kg of all purpose flour add ½ cup of clarified butter, add to taste salt and as required water to make a soft dough and make small balls, roll the balls with the help of rolling pin and toasted on a tawa pan. At last take paratha’s spread beef mixture, creamy mushroom sauce, and circle sliced onions, roll it and serve it hot.
