I don't like anything, I have to force myself into everything.

We are more likely to get out of bed, we are more likely to make breakfast, I work via PC, I look at the site, and instead of working I just look. What with this? Only when I take a benzodiazepine does it start me and I already enjoy everything and work normally, but I get addicted to it, so I don't want to take it. Should I see a psychiatrist? So that it is not a fatigue syndrome. I really do not know.

It reminds me of a drop of schizophrenia. One personality is sitting on a PC and the other wants to live. The first one sits on the PC motionless and the brain has almost forgotten that it is also in charge of muscles and tendons and a lot of other things. And the body writhes, the muscles atrophy and no longer report movement, any activity. The brain has stopped dealing with you, without much interest it only solves what the eyes are staring at. You will forget to speak even if you know how to write. But that's a very convenient way to hell! (devil) Divide the day as it should look: Sleep, work, relax-movement, hobbies. But the most important thing is to want! You'd better stay squatting on that pc without it.
