I bought a bed over the internet. I am currently advertising it for the third time and requesting a refund. I was told that they would either send a new part, which I was complaining about, or I should send the bed back and they would decide whether to return the money and in what amount. Of course, I don't want to complain over and over again and have new parts sent in, despite the fact that I'm alone and I won't be assembling it all the time, so the first option is out of the question. But I also can't send the bed away - I have nothing to sleep with the baby. Is it necessary to send the bed back when requesting a refund? So far, all the goods I have received my money back, tripled three times, have remained at home.
