I used to work as a bus driver without any problems after physical exertion. When loading and unloading the load, I suffer from nausea from exertion, which then subsides for about 20 minutes (suffocation, palpitations, malaise, signs of fainting). I pointed this out to my supervisor. However, he does not want to take this into account. I can't terminate the employment contract myself, I would be without a means of subsistence (I would not be entitled to support). I would like to ask what it would be like in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle caused if I alerted my employer to this fact and the employer continues to assign me driving performance.
