Hello I would like to ask how to force myself to stop self-harm and at the same time I would like to help a friend who does it too please advise ... thank you as soon as possible

You need to cut your ass ...... No, this is a forum ..... I really don't know what it was like to mess with yourself ..... I see it as a small expense of energy, little flying after outdoors in nature, or cycling, or any activity in the fresh air .... I think today young people are still indoors for long hours .... at school, at work, at home and it's not good ... ..is anyone around the dog? You can walk him, walk the dog for walks, just have some activity and be beneficial to others, it fills a person, not just live for yourself .....
