answer:You probably don’t want to hear this….but focus on keeping yourself and the baby healthy This should be your highest priority. Any weight that you may or may not gain you can worry about losing once the baby is born. Discuss w/ your doctor about whether or not anti nausea medication might be appropriate for you…..and your concerns about weight gain. Congratulations on your pregnancy and best of luck!
