windows stopped the device because it reported problems. (Code 43)

One of my friends has a problem with the message "Windows has stopped the device in the device manager because it reported problems. (Code 43) " . I have already tried reinstalling the driver and it did not help. Do you know a solution? What exactly does DTC 43 mean?

The meaning of error code 43 is also included in the message. "Windows stopped the device because it reported problems." The following solutions are recommended by Windows Error Manager: Run the troubleshooting wizard Check your hardware documentation You may not be getting the most out of these. If you did not get anything by reinstalling the driver, restart the operating system. If that doesn't work, unfortunately you'll need another video card.
