Why back pain occurs and prevention is given below , * Usually when we have pain in the lower part of our spine we call it back pain. There are many causes for back pain. However, a lumbar pain caused by a disc coming out from between the two bones of the spine is called lumbar pain caused by disc prolapse. Most of the time, the back pain of this disc prolapse travels to the legs through the sciatic nerve Which is also called sciatica pain. PLID stands for Prolapse Lumbar Intervertebral Disc and LVDP stands for Lumbar Vertrebral Disc Prolapse. This means that our back or waist is made up of many small bones , which we call vertebrae. These vertebrae have an intervertebral disc in the center , surrounded by an elastic-like cartilage , with a soft substance like toothpaste or gel inside. Many times the substance of the gel puts pressure on the elastic due to various traumatic causes , causing the intervertebral disc to come out and put pressure on the nerve. There is pain in the waist and legs , the legs tingle , it feels numb Many times this pain goes straight from the waist to the legs. Most disc prolapse occurs in L4- L5 or L5- S1 . Due to age, disc prolapse often occurs in many vertebral joints. Sometimes it is seen that the waist of many patients is bent and moved to one side , this is called lateral shift . If someone's waist shifts . However, if this curved waist is not straight, that is, if there is no shift correction, the pain will not be good. Osteophytes, due to aging, can also cause back pain and pain in the legs. Spinal canal stenosis can also cause joint pain in the waist and legs. Therefore, the patient should be diagnosed and treated after listening to everything. Most PLID- induced back pain goes away completely. So I would say to patients with low back pain , there is no need for unnecessary frustration. Get proper treatment , stay healthy. It takes time for this pain to get better Sometimes there is some pain Which has to be solved slowly by itself How to prevent this type of low back pain: 1. Do not lean forward for a long time. 2. Do not lift anything heavy from the bottom alone 3. Stay away from smoking. 4. Exercise regularly. Consult a physiotherapist if you have pain. 5. Keep the weight under control.
