Personally, I would start looking for a new supplier because you’re not really saving anything by having to deal with all this hassle. If you don’t get the part in the time quoted, then you can’t deliver your product on time- and it costs the company money. With the price of fuel, driving around isn’t that cheap either. What I would do, for now, is ride him like a horse until your order comes in- completely. And, for the love of Pete, make Acme fix your shipping info. That would have driven me over the edge. You have tons more patience than I. My hat is off to you in that department.
