answer:The doctor tested for it? You deal with by going gluten free. I don’t know where you live, but many products in the supermarket and food on menus in restaurants are now marked gluten free here in America. Study up on it, check out a list of what has gluten so you know what to avoid. The obvious is avoid wheat, bran, semolina, look for those ingredients in things. Also, check out the foods that are safe. You know what foods you frequently eat, I would start with those to see if they are safe foods. There are several books on gluten free diets, all you have to do is google, go to the library or bookstore to get some good information and cooking ideas.
