In this day and age of extremely advanced technology, many people are suffering from lack of decent exercise and physical activity. People sit in front of television screens all day and gorge themselves on Pizza and soda pop while lounging around on the couch. Other people sit in frot of computer screens for their entire days doing work or playing games and realign things off of the worldwide web. These activities are not very healthy if done in abundance.
