The computer sometimes refuses to wake up. Why?

It doesn't happen that often, but sometimes after a few hours in sleep mode he refuses to wake up and doesn't react to anything. The mouse lights up and that's it. In the end, I have no choice but to turn the PC off hard and on again. What with this? Thanks :-)

if it is only sometimes, it will be difficult I assume that Win7 is there, but for other Win it will be similar try to find the last incident (if you remember when it was) Start - Administrative Tools - Event Viewer - System logs Windows - System - Filter current log - Event sources - Power-Troubleshooter there should be a cause
