Murgh Adrak Mirch Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Boneless ½ kg
Tomato 250
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
Crushed Cumin 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
Crushed Green Chilies 6
METHOD:
Make small pieces of the chicken.
Now add 1 cup water, 250g tomatoes, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder and 2 tsp crushed cumin in the chicken pieces and cover it.
When chicken is done and water evaporates then in a different pan, heat half cup oil abd add 4 tbsp finely chopped ginger and 6 big green chilies and then put it on the cooked chicken and turn off the stove.
