INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (Pieces) 1 kg
Boiled Eggs 4
Boiled Chickpeas 375g
Fried Onions 2
Tomatoes 250g
Oil ½ cup
Green Chilies 6
Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
Small Cardamoms 4
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Green Coriander as required
Cumin 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger 50g
METHOD:
In a blender put 2 fried onions and 250g tomatoes and blend it. Heat 1 cup oil and add 1 kg chicken pieces and 1 tbsp ginger garlic and cook it properly. Now add fried onions and tomatoes in it. Also add 1 tsp whole black pepper, 4 small cardamoms, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chili powder and 1 tsp cumin and cook it properly.
Add 2 cup water and cook it for 30 minutes. Now add 375g boiled chanay and cook for 10 to 15 minutes more. Put 1 tsp all spice powder,4 boiled eggs, 6 green chilies, green coriander as required and 50g finely chopped ginger and then turn off the stove. Murgh Cholay are ready.
